TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The purpose of this document is to regulate the conditions of use of the payment platform through Virtual POS, whose owner is COSTA LANZAROTE PROMOCIONES SA, with Tax Identification Code A-35074137. It is registered in the Commercial Registry of Lanzarote, volume 15, folio 154, sheet IL-565. Its registered office is located at Calle Hungría nº 6, Puerto del Carmen - Tías (SPAIN).
Making a reservation through our direct customer sales system on the website booking.hydeparklane.com implies the express acceptance by the customer of each and every one of the general conditions that are considered part of this reservation and are supplemented by the specific applicable legislation.
SALES POLICY
As a Confirmation and Guarantee of your Reservation, in the case of a NON-REFUNDABLE RATE, the full amount of the reservation will be charged at the time of booking. The exact amount payable as a Confirmation and Guarantee will be indicated to you during the booking process.
For FLEXIBLE RATE options, a 15% deposit of the total cost of your stay will be required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be due upon arrival at the hotel.
The prices stipulated in this ONLINE SALES system correspond to the price of the stay requested at the time the reservation is made, including taxes, and is the price you will have to pay.
The currency for transactions of the services contracted will be the euro (€).
SECURITY
The security of your credit card is our top priority. We use the most advanced online transaction system: the virtual POS (Virtual Point of Sale Terminal). This website uses SSL encryption to protect the security of data transfers and credit card transactions. All communication regarding accommodation bookings is handled directly with us, and payment transactions are processed in the most secure environment available today, managed by our bank, Banco Sabadell, SA.
SALE RESTRICTIONS
Users who contract services through this Website declare that they are of legal age according to Spanish legislation (18 years).
DELIVERY POLICY
Once the booking process is complete, the customer will receive via email all the information concerning the booking made, indicating Booking Locator, date and time of arrival and departure between which the service will be enjoyed, total price of the booking, amount paid and remaining amount to be paid on the day of arrival, as well as information of interest such as location of the establishment, reception service hours and contact telephone number in case of arrival outside reception service hours.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
You may cancel the requested or contracted services, with the following conditions applying the applicable costs:
In the case of a booking with a FLEXIBLE RATE, modifications are not allowed, but you can cancel your booking free of charge within the following time limits:
- Apartments: up to 7 days before the arrival date.
- Villas: up to 14 days before the arrival date.
Cancellations made outside of these deadlines will incur a charge of 15% of the total amount of the stay paid at the time of booking.
This charge will also be applied if you do not show up at the Hotel on the day of your arrival.
In the case of a reservation with a NON-REFUNDABLE RATE, no changes are allowed and no refund will be issued for the amount charged at the time of booking.
All cancellations must be reported to the hotel exclusively by email to info@hydeparklane.com . Please clearly state the name under which you made the reservation and your check-in date. Cancellations submitted through any other means will not be accepted.
Refunds, if applicable, will be made within 15 calendar days after the cancellation request, using the same payment method and in the name of the person who made the payment.
